We don’t know if it’s just a mistake, but after testing the e-board we did not manage to reach 35.5 km/h (22 m/h) and were closer to manual stated speeds. However, the M1 manual has a bit lower figure of 32 km/h (20 m/h). Their website states that the M1 skateboard can go up to 35.5 km/h (22 m/h). While we were doing our research before stepping onto the Inboard M1 we noticed two different max speeds mentioned by Inboard Technologies. The skateboard can reach 1600 Watts max power that gives the skateboard impressive torque, acceleration and hill climbing capability. Inboard Technologies have implemented in-wheel direct drive motors that pack 1000 Watt continuous power.
